Ugh, I now have a terrible cold. Can't deal with the changing temperatures.

Breakfast:
Freshly squeezed OJ
Lunch:
Quinoa, oatmeal & chia seed porridge w/tofu, carrots & parsnips
(My version of congee!)
Snack:
Jicama
Snack:
Some caramel corn
Milk chocolate orange slice
Lunch:
Seaweed tofu soup
Snack:
Seaweed tofu soup
Snack:
Some cocoa roast almonds
Snack:
Almond cashew cluster
Late dinner:
Seaweed tofu soup
Snack:
Spoonful of green tea ice cream
