Roomie Pre-Brunch at the Black Sheep, Amherst, MA:
Soy chai tea latte topped w/cinnamon
(Black Sheep now makes their own chai tea concentrates! I like this because it's slightly sweetened, although it could have used more spices. The flavour was quite masked by the soy milk.)
Roomie Brunch at the Lone Wolf, Amherst, MA:
Shannon's cranberry juice
Tofu southwest scramble: tofu w/red onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, tomato & soy cheese w/salsa, homefries & pumpernickel bread
(Tofu scrambles are always delicious.)
Shannon's Wilbur sandwich: fried egg, caramelized onion, bacon & cheddar cheese on toast w/homefries
