Breakfast:
Mung beans w/cinnamon
Snack:
Black sesame carrot pancakes
(I've been waiting all day to make these! I love eating carrots in "sweet" foods; I swear, they're perfect in brownies if you're allergic to nuts. You get the crunchiness without the reaction and an extra bit of jucy sweetness. Everyone thinks I'm weird when they see me eating brownies with carrot sticks, but I swear they're addicting. Seriously. Chocolate and carrots. It's going to be a thing.)
