We're not going out into the field as much, so I'm now modelling from home. It's a cushy life. ;)

Breakfast:
Quinoa black bean chips w/hummus, mashed avocado w/lime & cayenne pepper, grape tomatoes
Snack:
Quinoa black bean chips w/hummus & cayenne pepper
Snack:
Cranberry & almond cookies (2)
Snack:
Blueberry, mango, kale, ground flaxseeds & flaxseed milk smoothie
Snack:
Apple w/almond butter & cinnamon
Snack:
Corn puffs w/chocolate chips, cinnamon & flaxseed milk
