Apple & ginger juice (sipped throughout the day, finished about 3/4 of this litre) |

Tabbouleh salad w/a bit of cayenne pepper |
Rest of the tabbouleh salad from last night |
Cashews, tomato & asparagus salad w/a bit of cayenne pepper |
Frozen mixed berries, frozen banana slices & cashews w/almond milk |
