I ended up sleeping for about eighteen hours and spent about twenty-two hours in bed. What a day.

Lunch:
Lentil stew, cauliflower, baked sweet potato w/cinnamon, pb, brown rice w/hemp seeds
Mixed fruit
Snack:
Chocolate hob-nob
Dinner:
Mint chocolate chip, strawberry, chocolate ice creams w/cinnamon toast crunch & French fries
Lettuce, cucumber slices, baby carrots, baby corn, veggie burger patty, marinara sauce, wheatberry w/hemp seeds, chickpeas
