Chili Chowdown

Breakfast:
Rice cake w/almond butter, cinnamon & apple chips
Chili at the Cadigan Center:
Simmering chili on the stove, cooked by Dennis
The accompaniments, featuring baked goods by Sylvia
Veggie chili w/corn bread, lemon seltzer
(Fabulous homecooked meal and table talk on a blustery winter day. Oh, the emotions are running high.) 
Green tea sugar cookie (2)
(And homemade baked goods too!)
Snack:
Apple chip w/almond butter
Snack:
Banana w/pb
Snack:
Lots of apple chips
Late Dinner:
Brown rice, kale, roasted beets
(Kale was salty tonight. Ugh.)
