Breakfast:
Quinoa & oatmeal porriage w/braised veggies & sriracha sauce
(Braised tofu and veggies always reminds me of home.)
Snack:
Cereal medley w/silvered almonds, cacao nibs, almond butter, strawberries & flaxseed milk
Dinner:
White chocolate macadamia nut bar
(The best Clif bar is the kids chocolate brownie flavour. For some reason, the "grown-ups" version of Clif bars isn't that tasty!)
Late night snack:
Almond butter (2)
Cereal medley w/silvered almonds & flaxseed milk
