Good-bye, Monica!

Dropping my sister off at the airport and then being a hermit for my personal last day of break.

Breakfast:
Quinoa porridge w/spinach, cinnamon, mango chunks, blueberries & hemp seeds
Pineapple chunks
Snack:
Rice cake w/almond butter, cinnamon & apple chips
Snack:
Banana w/almond butter
(I was pretty tired after this and got ready for bed, even though it was only about four in the afternoon.)
