Happy birthday, Kelly and Sophia!!!

Breakfast:
Quinoa porridge w/banana chunks, pb, spinach, hemp seeds & cinnamon
Chai berry muffins, coffee
Snack:
Banana w/pb
Dinner:
Bean & rice burrito, salsa, guacamole, cheese, baked sweet potato, steamed veggies
Veggie chili, cucumber slices, lettuce, jalapeno corn muffins (ate two)
Snack:
Jalapeno corn muffin
