Brunch:
Red lentils w/"stir-fry" veggies in a chili peanut sauce
(Had half a jar of pb and a several kilos of veggies that were on their way to wiltdom so I decided to interpret a peanut stir-fry sauce. The lentils were originally supposed to be part of the stir-fry but I decided to keep them separate. I guess it's sort of like a rice substitute or sorts.)

Hot cocoa
Snack:
Red lentils topped w/hummus & chili powder
