Breakfast:
Green smoothie* topped w/flaxseeds (+forkful of hash browns, not pictured)
(The hash browns tasted like they had been thawed and warmed up, which probably isn't far from the truth.)

*Green smoothie: spinach,  pineapple, peach, blueberries, ice, OJ, banana
Donuts in class:
Chocolate cake donut, cinnamon donut hole, OJ
(This really just tasted like cake in a donut shape. I'm sort of impressed.)
Snack:
Apple
Dinner:
Samosa casserole, brown rice, baked sweet potato w/cinnamon, cucumber slices, spinach, beets, purple rice, chickpeas, tofu stir-fry
Assorted cereal w/rice milk
Dorm Tea Time:
Pecan cookie, chocolate chunk cookie
