Breakfast:
Green smoothie (see below for description), cantaloupe, peach corn muffins w/pb
Lunch:
Green smoothie: spinach, cantaloupe, peach, mango, ice, OJ
Dinner:
Lettuce, cucumber slices, kale, carrot chickpea stew, quinoa
Pumpkin cheesecake (ate half)
(Too sweet!)
Snack:
Forkfuls of Michael's pumpkin pie
(This pie is surprisingly good, for being a week old. I wasn't a fan of the huge amount of whipped cream, but the pumpkin pie filling was great. Good amount of spices, although the sweetness could be reduced.)
Ginger kombucha
(Not as good as G.T.'s.)
Pre-Halloween Bash:
Pumpkin scone
Red velvet donut, blueberry donut (ate a half), pumpkin donut (had a bite) from Atkins Farm
(Best donut was the blueberry flavoured one. I don't like red velvet much in general, so that flavour quickly overwhelmed me. The pumpkin one was too sweet and smelled more like chai than pumpkin. Nothing was wrong with the blueberry donut, except that it was way too big and slightly too sweet.)
