Baked sweet potato w/cinnamon, vegan ravioli w/marinara sauce & black pepper, lettuce, baby carrots, chickpeas, cucumber slices, butternut squash
Spelt croissant
Snack:
Chip
Dinner:
Honey mustard veggie pizza
Chana masala, assorted greens, baby carrots, edamame, brussel sprouts, cucumber slices
Dessert at Bart's, Amherst, MA: 
Mud pie* ice cream (+samples of peach, pumpkin ice creams, not pictured)
(First trip back to Bart's of the year! Mud pie is my go-to flavour at Bart's when I can't decide what else to get. I also needed the caffeine boost.)

*Mud pie: coffee ice cream w/chunks of chocolate sandwich cookies (aka oreo-esque cookies) & fudge swirl 
Andrew's traditional waffle sundae
(Didn't look that great to me because I like fluffy waffles.)
