It's October already! And off to a dreary, rainy start too. But hockey season starts in one week... :)

Breakfast:
Whole grain toast, banana, apple
Working lunch:
Mint tea, apple, banana, whole grain bread
(Midterms season!)
Snack:
Ginger candy
Dinner:
Ancient grains chili, purple rice, brown rice, broccoli, collard greens (didn't eat), chickpeas, tofu, cucumber slices w/pepper, apple, mint tea
Assorted cereal (picked out the Captain Crunch) w/rice milk
Late night snack:
Ginger cookie from John
(My stomach felt weird after this, but at least I didn't vomit! Here's a step of progess.)
