Last Day of Break!

I wish fall break was a week long.

Brunch:
Assorted greens, baby carrots, chickpeas, edamame, cucumber slices w/black pepper
Cranberry muffin (ate one bite), pineapple (ate one chunk)
(I thought it was a cranberry corn muffin. It wasn't. The pineapple also tasted like it had been sitting out for way too long.)
Roasted beets, black bean cous cous salad (didn't eat), pasta w/marinara sauce & black pepper, sweet potato chips
Snack:
Soy-based vanilla ice cream sandwich
Snack:
Jalapeno corn bread
Sample (from Fernandez Family Restaurant, Holyoke, MA): 
Fried plantain from Emma
(I was going to go get Puerto Rican food at this place, but then I remembered that I don't really eat meat anymore. This plantain was so incredibly salty, but had been mixed with the pork and rice, so I can't tell if the saltiness was from that or not.)

Dinner:
Margherita pizza
Mashed potatoes w/black pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, cucumber slices, vegetable vindaloo, baby carrots
Margherita pizza, mashed potatoes w/black pepper, vegetable vindaloo
(Comfort food galore.)
Assorted cereal w/frozen vanilla bean yogurt
(This frozen yogurt tastes like McDonald's frozen "yogurt".)
