Brunch:
Tomato veggie soup w/black pepper, baby carrots, chickpeas, cauliflower, rosemary potatoes
Spelt croissant, green smoothie* topped w/flaxseeds

*Green smoothie: spinach, peach, banana, cucumber, mango, ice & OJ
Snack:
Two pita crackers
Dinner:
Roasted butternut squash, asparagus, mashed potatoes w/black pepper, cranbery apple chutney, roasted brussel sprouts
(Probably my favourite dinner at Val ever. I live for these nights.)
Sour cream chocolate cake (scraped off frosting)
Tea Time with the boys:
Mint ice cream sandwich, chocolate covered frozen banana slices
(I need to go to Trader Joe's more often. Actually, it's a good thing that I don't.)
