Breakfast:
Green smoothie topped w/flaxseeds & hemp seeds (see below for description), pineapple chunks, peach muffin w/pb (didn't eat the other one)
Lunch:
Green smoothie: spinach, banana, mango, pineapple, OJ, ice & hemp seeds
Snack:
Banana w/pb, cinnamon & dried seaweed
Snack:
Granola bar
