Breakfast:
Black tea, cinnamon raisin bagel half w/pb, cinnamon & banana slices
Snack:
Corn puffs
Snack:
Rest of the banana w/pb & cinnamon
Dinner:
Quinoa stuffed acorn squash, mashed potatoes w/black pepper, baby carrots, chickpeas, asparagus, cucumbers, kale, croissant
(So disappointed. What happened to the brussel sprouts?! And roasted butternut squash? I hate it when the dining hall deviates from the printed menu.)
Snack:
Chocolate almond milk (essentially chilled leftover hot cocoa)
(Finally finishing this!!! Hurrah.)
