Breakfast:
Mixed fruit, quinoa porridge w/cinnamon, flaxseeds, banana slices, pb
Lunch:
Green smoothie: spianch, OJ, mango, ice, mixed fruit from breakfast (didn't finish)
Dinner:
Mixed greens, roasted potatoes, chickpeas, brown rice, kale, baby carrots, cucumber slices w/black pepper, butternut squash
Pasta w/marinara sauce & crushed red peppers
Sweet potato chipotle soup w/black pepper (ate two spoonfuls)
Snack:
Dark chocolate w/cacao nibs, chili flakes & rhubarb pieces (2)
(SO DELICIOUS. What a great flavour combination! Intense chocolate, subtle spice - unless you get a chunk full of chili like Caitlin - and fruity rhubarb. Sometimes my weird flavour pairings really do work out perfectly.)
Late night snack:
Sea salt dark chocolate from Emma
(It's one of those chocolate nights.)
Very late night snack:
Nut & chocolate trail mix
