Strawberry, banana & mixed greens smoothie
Second breakfast:
Crumbled homemade cereal w/pb & flaxseed milk
Cereal medley w/chia seeds & flaxseed milk
 Lunch:
Black bean chili w/steamed veggies & salad
Dinner:
Cereal medley w/blueberries, silvered almonds, cacao nibs, chia seeds, flaxseeds & almond milk
Late night snack:
Cereal medley w/blueberries, silvered almonds, cacao nibs, banana slices, flaxseeds & almond milk
