Breakfast:
Banana almond oatmeal w/mixed greens, dried seaweed, silvered almonds & cacao nibs
(Probably one of the best breakfast porridge combinations I've ever made! Sweet, savoury and hearty with lots of textures. The dried seaweed added this chewy, crispy texture with the perfect amount of saltiness that I never knew was missing. I'm definitely making this again.)
Snack:
Apple
Meeting snack:
Peanut m&m's (2)
Snack:
Sweet potato muffin
(It was on the sweet side, but so incredibly moist!)
Dinner:
Black bean chili w/steamed veggies
