Good-bye, Kevin

Thanks for visiting Philly!

Now it's time for me to buckle down. The last month of summer before school starts is always so hectic!

Breakfast:
Quinoa black bean chips w/guac
Snack:
Rest of the kombucha
Snack:
Quinoa w/seaweed, celery, spinach & ground flaxseed
Snack:
Vanilla soy ice cream sandwich
Snack:
Liquiteria all greens juice: kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, celery & cucumber
Snack:
Chocolate almond mug cake
(It's a dessert day I guess.)
