And the two weeks of two hours of sleep per night (on average) commences!  

Breakfast:
Quinoa porridge w/flaxseeds, cinnamon, hemp seeds & spinach, green smoothie topped w/hemp seeds, grapes
Snack:
Banana w/pb
Lunch:
Veggie hummus wrap
Dinner:
Lentil stew w/cucumbers & black pepper
Snack:
Baby carrots w/hummus & cayenne pepper
Snack:
Green smoothie: spinach, banana, mango, OJ, ice, hemp seeds
Snack:
Banana
