Green smoothie topped w/hemp seeds, cantaloupe, potato slices, cinnamon bun
(I really like the inside of a gooey cinnamon bun.)

Banana w/pb

Green smoothie: banana, spinach, mango, OJ, ice, cantaloupe, hemp seeds

Roasted beets, baby carrots
