Happy birthday, May!

Nearly missed another presentation... yikes. 

Brunch:
Oatmeal w/flaxseeds, cinnamon, hemp seeds & spinach
Pineapple chunks
Lunch:
Sweet potato tortilla chips
Andrew's tomatoes
Sweet potato tortilla chips, roasted beets
Soy-based vanilla ice cream sandwich (ate half)
Campus Relaxation Night:
Chocolate mousse (ate two spoonfuls), oatmeal chocolate bar (ate a bite), white chocolate chip bar (ate a bite), caramel apple bar, lemon bar (ate a bite)
(Everything was ultra sweet and the mousse was much too dense.)
Chocolate chunk cookie (ate half), pineapple chunks (2), honeydew melon, cantaloupe
(Such a dearth of savoury foods at these kind of events.)
Some veggie straws
S'mores w/chocolate chunk cookie half & pecan cookie half
(They ran out of graham crackers. I had no problem with that.)
Moose tracks & mud pie ice cream topped w/gummy bears, fudge & crumbled oreo pieces
(from Bart's Ice Cream, Amherst, MA)
(Good ice cream makes everything better.)
