Happy birthday, Daniel!

Forget Friday Fun Day, it's Tuesday Therapy.

Breakfast:
Overnight oats w/cinnamon, milo powder, cayenne pepper, mung beans & almond milk
(Gotta sprout some more mung beans!)
Snack:
Carrot
Snack:
Pear
Snack:
Peas, corn kernals, black bean & lentil patties w/black pepper
(So good. Yum.)
Snack:
Raw oats w/prunes, cinnamon, milo powder & almond milk
(Last of the milo powder! I also really like raw oats.)
Snack:
Black sesame & prunes pancakes
(Last of the prunes! This sounds like a really weird flavour combination, but it's actually really good! Sweet, nutty and slightly bitter. I don't know how to describe it, but they complement each other well.)
Snack:
Golden Gaytime ice cream bar
(I'm just depleting all my food. And today felt like a good day to eat ice cream.)
