Breakfast:
Mung beans w/cinnamon, cayenne pepper & almond milk
Snack:
Carrot
Snack:
Pear
Snack:
Green lentils & black bean burger patty w/black pepper
(These burger patties are really good. Like I could eat a ton of them good.)
Snack:
Mung bean patty w/cayenne pepper
(Decided to pan-grill some mung beans to see what it would taste like. Not as good as the lentils & beans, but still decent.  I suppose I should have added flour and some other things besides just tossing several spoonfuls onto a pan.)
