Breakfast:
Mung bean dessert
(One of my favourite Asian desserts, except normally there's vanilla extract and other flavours. This one was literally just mung beans, the whole it was cooked in and cinnamon. It was very refreshing after my run though.)
Snack:
Quinoa w/black beans, mung beans & pepper
Snack:
Mung bean baby pancakes
(Still on my pancake phase! I think I'm getting off slowly. Pancakes are such a good nibbling homework snack though.)
Snack:
Forkful of mung beans
Snack:
Almond milk w/cinnamon, cayenne pepper, bit of black sesame powder & a spoonful of raw oatmeal
(Man, I really wish I had a juicer or blender here. I miss my smoothies and juices.)
Snack:
Black sesame mug "cake"
