Breakfast:
Massive stack of mung bean & black seasame pancakes
Snack:
Spiced "baked" pear w/almond milk, oatmeal "crumble" & black seasame powder
The inside!
(Mmmmmmm. So gooood.)
Snack:
Peas & corn w/pepper
(Add in carrots and sweet potatoes, and I could eat this medley for months.)
Snack:
Peas, corn, quinoa w/black beans
