Breakfast:
Black sesame pancakes stuffed w/mung beans & shredded carrots
(So good! Great texture and mix of flavours. I'm in a pancake phase now, if you can't tell.)
 Snack:
Massive stack of black sesame pancakes topped w/mung beans
(More pancakes! This stack may look small, but it was huge. Mmm.)
Snack:
Black sesame pancake stuffed w/mung beans
(Had to make another one. This one was more tortilla-esque than pancake though. Doesn't matter. Still yummy.)
Snack:
Spiced "baked" pear w/almond milk, oatmeal "crumble, black seasame powder & mung beans
(Adding black sesame powder creates a wonderful nutty depth to this "baked" pear. I might become my mother and microwave all my fruits now.)
