Breakfast:
Diluted banana smoothie (see below), coffee w/cinnamon
Snack:
Matcha green tea latte w/almond milk
Snack:
Banana smoothie (diluted the leftovers this morning)
 (bananas, tumeric, cinnamon, hemp protein powder, blueberries, pomegranate & acai juice, almond milk)
(Tried to drink some of this, but was too stressed out. Had maybe three gulps.)
Snack:
Peppermints
(I love drinking tea when I'm working, but when I'm not in my "zen zone", my left hand automatically reaches for my tennis ball and my right hand goes toward my mug. It's not very productive when I constantly have to take bathroom breaks so I have to suck on peppermints instead.)
Snack:
Oranges
