Breakfast:
Yogurt w/spelt flakes, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, cinnamon, almond butter & tahini
Snack:
Multigrain crackers, strawberries, blueberries, falafels, hummus, tahini w/chili powder, almond butter w/cinnamon
Snack:
Haribo gummy eggs
(I'm so amused by this because I never eat eggs.)
Snack:
Multigrain cracker w/hummus (2)
Snack:
Frozen yogurt w/spelt flakes, blueberries & strawberries
Snack:
Falafel w/hummus
