Breakfast:
Sweet potato "chips", Irish steelcut oats w/veggies & chilli powder, roasted spiced aubergine w/tomato sauce
(Felt like a warm breakfast instead of a cold smoothie. I guess I should also use the British word for eggplant while I'm here...it's kind of fun to say though.)
Snack:
Green smoothie w/yogurt & cinnamon
(Banana, mixed greens, hemp protein powder, cinnamon, tumeric powder, a lot of cocoa powder)
Snack:
Sesame seed cracker
Snack:
Thawed black currants, red currants, raspberries & blackberies w/sesame seed cracker & cinnamon
(The red currants were so sour. I should have saved these for a crumble or something.)
Snack:
Sesame seed cracker w/Irish steelcut oats & veggies
