Banana slices, blueberries, strawberries & spelt flakes w/yogurt, cinnamon & tahini
(Yummy breakfast for a rainy Saturday morning.)
Snack:
Yerba mate tea, cracker w/tahini & chili powder, cracker w/tahini & cocoa powder
Snack:
Green smoothie w/yogurt & cinnamon
(Banana, mixed greens, hemp protein powder, cinnamon, tumeric powder)
Snack:
Cracker w/tahini, cocoa & chili powders, yerba mate tea
Snack:
Cracker (3)
Snack:
Green smoothie (same formula from earlier) w/cinnamon & yogurt
