Happy birthday Angela!

Breakfast:
Wholemeal pita stuffed w/the veggie lentil casserole
(This actually tasted really good together! I was going to use the pita for mini pizzas, but the Piccadilly Circus Whole Foods didn't have cashew cheese.)
Snack:
Irish steelcut oats w/cinnamon & tahini
Snack:
Pita w/tahini
Snack:
Pita stuffed w/veggie lentil casserole & chili powder
Snack:
Last of my veggie lentil casserole
(I just used a Whole Foods container to store my dish. Big fan of cooking and baking, but not a big fan of doing the dishes.)
