Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/veggies & chili powder
Snack:
Oatmeal w/veggies, red pepper hummus & chili powder
(Sounds disgusting, but adding hummus makes the oatmeal very creamy yet light.)
Snack:
Celery sticks w/pb (+some frozen mango chunks, not pictured)
Snack:
