Oslo, Dag 1

Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/cinnamon, blueberries, muesli & Greek yogurt
Rye cracker w/pb & blueberries (2)
Snack:
Mango-flavoured black tea, rye cracker w/pb & blueberries
Snack:
Orange slice
Lunch at Peppes Pizza (Karl Johans gate branch), Oslo, Norway:
Vegetarian pizza: artichoke, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onions & mushrooms (ate about a fourth)
(This is a "California pizza". I have no idea why it's called that, but I guess it's because we have a lot of thin-crust pizza in California. Not bad! I liked the tomatoes a lot, but gave all the mushrooms to Tia.)
Lettuce
(This was supposed to have Caesar dressing on it, but I hate dressing.)
Snack:
Orange slices, Greek yogurt w/cinnamon & almonds
Sample:
Chocolate-covered rice cracker filled w/creamy pepper
(This tasted like those Bugel corn chips that kids used to put on their fingertips to become "witches".)
Dinner:
Cold pizza from earlier
(Cold pizza is always good.)
Viet turnip & carrot salad
Fried cod & grilled salmon wrapped in lettuce w/tomato slices & Viet turnip & carrot salad
Late night snacks:
Oatmeal cookie (2)
Grapes
Chocolate
Caramel brownie & gingerbread ice cream topped w/crushed oreos, m&m's, some kind of chocolate, chips & an oatmeal cookie
