Queenstown, Day Three

Another day of bumming around (aka attempting to study).

Breakfast:
Chocolate banana pudding w/cashews, dried goji berries & oat milk
Snack:
Trail mix, dried ginger
Snack:
Chocolate banana pb pudding w/peanuts
(Basically mashed a banana with some chocolate protein powder, oat milk, water and peanuts. The result was quite lovely.)

(Loving this mousse pudding thing. It's basically the same thing as the previous picture, but I wanted to show the lovely view.)

French vanilla custard yogurt
(Apparently custard is a big thing for the holidays and this one is special because it's yogurt-based, making it lighter. Eh, I'm not a big fan of custard overall but this spoonful was nice.)
Savoury biscuits w/variety of spreads
(The basil pesto spread tasted just like a pizza! Yum. I wasn't a big fan of the sweet chili one, but the rhubarb one was delicious! Sweet, tarty and savoury. Perfect mix of flavours, but I suspect that it's one of those things that taste better as a sample and when you actually purchase the item, the taste value significantly decreases.)

French vanilla almonds
(Quite good! Not too sweet, very vanilla-y.)

Mixed greens, strawberries, carrot w/kumara & pumpkin hummus
