Wellington to Wanganui

Breakfast:
Overnight chocolate oats (from yesterday) topped w/muesli
(Tossed in the rest of the muesli in an attempt to mask the taste of the protein oats, which somewhat worked.)
Snack:
Rest of the dried apricots
Snack:
Cucumber
(Ate this throughout the day.)

Snack:
Thai kumara salad (ate half)
Snack:
Grapes (+rest of the chocolate covered almonds, not pictured)
Snack:
Trail mix
Snack:
Dark chocolate covered ginger (ate half)
(Wow, talk about appetite suppressing. Or maybe I'm just feeling a bit bus-sick.)
