Wanganui to Rotorua

A day closer to Hobbiton! :)

Breakfast:
Overnight chocolate oats topped w/seeds mix & trail mix
(Protein powder just does not work with water, but I'm not lugging around milk. Honestly, just the smell of the powder makes me mildly gag now. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE REST OF THE POWDER.)
Snack:
Rest of the Thai kumara salad
(Was going to eat this later but could not stand the aftertaste of the powder. Also figured out that if I eat a lot before a bus ride, I'm less likely to feel bus-sick.)

Dark chocolate covered ginger (2)

Dried goji berries
