Brekkie:
Overnight chilled oats w/almond milk, black sesame powder, pb, cinnamon, tiny bit of cayenne pepper & milo powder
(Literally chowed this down in one minute because I was really late to class.)
Indonesian Club BBQ:
Baked white bread w/ham & cheese
(I have never ever seen bread baked inside a muffin tin, but this wasn't half bad! Easy grilled cheese & ham for sure.)
Cheeseburger w/tomato paste & BBQ sauce
Snack:
Spoonful of oats soaked in almond milk, black sesame powder, cinnamon & pb (2)
Snack:
Rest of the oats soaked in almond milk, black sesame powder, cinnamon, pb & added spoonful of pb
(Finished the rest of my snack from earlier, since the lecture was starting.)
Dinner:
Black sesame walnut oat pancakes w/strawberries & Greek yogurt mixture (mixed Greek yogurt w/pb, cayenne pepper, milo powder, black sesame powder, cinnamon)
(Inspired by the lovely Marie. Breakfast for dinner is always a goodie. I'm getting really good at finding the right temperature and angle to make these pancakes on the "stove" in my flat. Random mixture of ingredients, but the pancakes turned out really well!)
