Brekkie:
Overnight chilled oats w/almond milk, black sesame powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, spoonful of pb
(I really should wake up earlier in order to work out and eat breakfast at a normal rate, instead of scarfing down my breakfast in a minute before rushing out the door. Good thing oatmeal is soft.)
 Snack in between lectures:
"Light" cheese cubes, dates, prunes, slice of turkey
Snack:
Cabbage, carrot, potato & ham soup w/black pepper
Snack:
Malted choco pb & oats "cookie"
