Brekkie:
Overnight chilled oats w/almond milk, strawberries, black sesame powder, cayenne pepper & cinnamon
Snack in between lectures:
Carrot sticks, "light" cheese chunks, slice of turkey, spoonful of malted choco pb, spoonful of pb
Very late lunch:
Cabbage, carrot, potato & ham soup w/slice of melted "light" cheese & cayenne pepper
Snack:
Malted choco pb oatmeal mug "cake" w/walnuts & a strawberry
(Essentially an oatmeal protein bar of sorts. More fun eating it out of a mug though.)
Snack:
Rest of the malted choco pb (about 2 fingers)
(Didn't have much of this malted choco pb left, so I just ate the rest with my fingers. Fun to be a kid sometimes.)
