Can't believe Australia had their daylight savings time thing today. I hate it when the clock springs forward.

Oatmeal w/mixed berries
Snack:
Toasted pumpernickel rye bread

Almonds

Oatmeal w/banana slices, cayenne pepper & almonds
Snack:
Carob fudge
Snack:
Corn & peas w/black pepper
