Breakfast:
1/2 slice of pumpernickel rye bread, several forkfuls of asparagus & tomato
(Felt like eating some greens this morning. Mmm asparagus. Totally normal for breakfast, except I think most people would have an egg benedict or something.)
Cashews
Snack:
Sips of apple & ginger juice (finished around late afternoon)
Snack:
1/2 mug of mixed berry & banana oatmeal w/cashews & melted carob truffle

Asparagus & tomato salad w/a bit of cayenne pepper
(I somehow ended up freezing my lettuce in the fridge. Everything else is fine, except for the lettuce. How is that even possible?!)
Snack:
1/2 slice of pumpernickel rye bread
