I hate Wednesdays.

Breakfast:
Cashews, 1/2 slice of pumpernickel bread, black coffee
Snack:
Apple & ginger juice (sipped throughout the day, finished about 3/4 of this litre)
Snack:
Cashews (just ate the cashews off my salad)
Snack:
Tabbouleh salad w/a bit of cayenne pepper
Snack:
Rest of the tabbouleh salad from last night
Snack:
Cashews, tomato & asparagus salad w/a bit of cayenne pepper
Snack:
Frozen mixed berries, frozen banana slices & cashews w/almond milk
