Breakfast:
Apple & cinnamon quinoa oatmeal topped w/all-bran cereal & a bit of oat milk
Snack:
Frozen mixed berries & watermelon w/oat milk and topped w/all-bran cereal, cashews & chickpeas
Snack:
Green beans, carrots, peas, corn kernals, baby corn, mashed mung beans & black beans, chickpeas w/black pepper
