Happy birthday Emma and Joe!!!

 Breakfast:
Chai w/oat milk, apple & cinnamon quinoa oatmeal topped w/all-bran, cashews & oat milk
(Chose chai this morning to "celebrate" Emma's birthday. We love our chai sessions! Also, the apple & cinnamon breakfast was amazing. Perfect for my imaginary autumn.)


Snack:
All-bran cereal & cashews w/oat milk

Frozen mixed berries, all-bran & cashews w/oat milk
(Like ice cream.)

Green beans, carrots, baby corn, mashed black beans & mung beans w/all-bran

Frozen watermelon, all-bran & cashews w/oat milk
(So good. It's kind of like those Asian shaved ice desserts, except lighter and with the right amount of sweetness.)

Spoonful of Miffy's mashed sweet potato w/cheese
(I've never had cheese with sweet potato before, but it's surprisingly good. Apparently it's a very English thing to do - the cheese on top of mash combination. Adds some creaminess and depth, but I'm still a bigger fan of almond butter and sweet potato.)
