Apparently there's a lot of national celebrations today: watermelon day, grab a nut day, friendship day, sisters day, etc.

Breakfast:
Yerba mate tea, quinoa black bean chips, grape tomatoes, mashed avocado w/lime & cayenne pepper
Snack:
Chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookie
Lunch:
Yerba mate tea, quinoa w/grape tomatoes, tofu veggie stir-fry, avocado slices w/lime & cayenne pepper
(This was so delicious. Great blend of flavours of textures.)
Snack:
Kale, spinach, mango, lime, cayenne pepper & yerba mate tea smoothie
Snack:
Watermelon w/almond butter
(This was my watermelon and grab-a-nut day celebration.)
Snack:
Chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookie
